Conference Introduction
The 2025 IFT-NPD/EFFoST Nonthermal Processing Workshop is set to be a landmark event in the field of food science and technology. With the theme "Sustainable Innovations in Nonthermal Processing," this workshop aims to bring together leading researchers and industry professionals from around the world to explore the latest advancements and sustainable practices in nonthermal food processing.
Organized by the Institute of Food Technologists-NPD and European Federation of Food Science and Technology, and guided by Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, this prestigious event will be hosted by China Agricultural University. It will also benefit from the collaborative efforts of Zhejiang University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu University, and Jiangnan University.
